📱 Delete Account from the App
You can easily delete your account from within the Tilal & Remal app by following these steps:

Open the App
Log in to your Tilal & Remal account

Go to Profile
Tap the profile icon from the bottom navigation bar

Tap "Delete Account"
You'll find the delete account option at the bottom of the profile page

Confirm Deletion
Confirm the deletion request and your account and all data will be permanently deleted
✉️ Request Deletion via Email
If you're unable to delete your account from within the app, you can send a deletion request to our email:
support@tilalr.com
Please include the following information in your request:
- Email address registered in the app
- Full name
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 3 business days and send you a confirmation via email.
🗑️ Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed, including:
- Personal account information (name, email, phone number)
- Booking history
- Support tickets
- Any other data associated with your account
⚠️
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion.
🕐 Data Retention Period
Once your deletion request is confirmed, your data is removed from our servers immediately and permanently. We do not retain any copies of your personal data after deletion.
